|You can check the status of your order and track it by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Please know that our customers are very important to us. However, once orders leave Ta'veren Tees we cannot be held responsible for delivery dates made by the USPS. In most cases, packages turn out to be slow rather than lost. But if you truly suspect your package of having been lost, the first thing to do is to use the tracking number we sent you in your order status email at www.usps.com - track your package and see where it was last seen. The USPS is not always faithful at this, however, so you might need to call them to learn more.
Unfortunately, as a small business, Ta'veren Tees cannot refund items lost by the postal service. All packages shipped by USPS automatically come with $50 of insurance and a claim should be filed with the USPS.

|Why should I preorder merchandise?|
|Why not? If you preorder, besides any deals offered, you will get the shirt as soon as it is in stock – that is, hot off the presses! All items ordered at the same time as the preordered item will be held and shipped at the same time.|
